Due to appointments being cancelled recently we have now put a Cancellation Policy in place.
We hope all our clients can appreciate that Cancellations and no shows have a bad effect on the business resulting in clients missing out on appointments and being turned away and us not being able to fill the spaces at short notice.
- Please could you give us at least (48hrs )notice if possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Any appointments being cancelled on the day or less than 24 hrs notice will incur 50% of the cost of the treatment.
- Please don’t cancel any appointments via email as we can’t guarantee that we will see the email in time.
