As a small salon cancellations can have a nig impact on us. When you reserve an appointment with us, we block out that space in our diary specifically for you. Typically clients book their treatments ahead of time so when we receive a cancellation with short notice we cannot always ‘re-sell’ this appointment slot.

We kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible for any appointment amendments or cancellations with the minimum being 24 hours.

Our Policy Is as Follows:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice up until 2 hours before your appointment will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged.
  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice (including no-shows) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
  • Cancellations mean cancellation or downgrade of any part of your treatment booking.
